Listings and top-ups

Listing payments buy an immediate, visible position on the board, so they are generally non-refundable once your listing is live.

We will refund in full if:

• You were charged twice for the same thing.
• Your listing never went live because of a fault on our side.
• You ask within 24 hours of your first $2 payment and your listing has received fewer than 25 clicks.

Refunding a payment removes that amount from your total, which lowers your rank. A listing that drops below the $2 entry price comes off the board.

Featured slots

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the slot for the remainder of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

If we remove your featured placement for a reason that is not your breach of the rules, we refund the unused days.

Takedowns

Listings removed for breaking the rules are not refunded. That includes listing a board you do not own, pointing at a destination that does not match the listed URL, and inflating your own click count.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute — it is faster, and a chargeback removes the listing while it is investigated. Accounts with a chargeback may be barred from listing again.

How to ask

Email ubergeekady@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the domain you listed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.
