1. Who runs this

topleaderboards.lol is operated by Aditya Singh. Contact: ubergeekady@gmail.com.

2. What the service is

A public directory of leaderboard and directory websites, ordered by how much each listing's owner has paid. Payment buys position in an ordered list and nothing else. It is not an endorsement, a review, a ranking of quality, or any guarantee of traffic, revenue or results.

3. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

4. Your listing

By submitting a listing you confirm that:

• You own or operate the site you are listing.
• You have the right to use the name, logo and text you supply.
• The destination matches the listed URL and is not malicious.
• Any numbers you report about your board are accurate to your knowledge.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the site and in related promotion, for as long as the listing exists.

5. Ranking and payment

Rank is the cumulative total paid for a listing; ties break in favour of whoever reached the total first. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments under their own terms. Refunded amounts are deducted from your total and your rank changes accordingly. Full detail is on the rules page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Featured slots

Featured slots are a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period runs out normally. Slot numbers may be reassigned for operational reasons.

7. Removal

We may hide or remove any listing that breaks the rules, is unlawful, or creates a legal or security risk — without a refund where the breach is your doing. Where the removal is our decision and not your breach, we refund the unused portion of any active subscription.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific traffic volumes, or that any listing produces any particular outcome. Analytics figures are provided in good faith and on a best-effort basis.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to listed owners. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
